lock&quay
Has anyone franchised out their Shop/business or taken on full time staff in order to take a back seat ? I'd like to take a year out to cycle around the planet & take a back set when I get back .
Fast Fix Elgin
From the start of my business life my goal was to have a full time employee so I can come and go as I please In my 35 years of being self employed I have went through dozens of employees and never achieved my goal until a few years ago now I finally have the best employee ever, good time keeper, honest, excellent customer service, the full all round package, which has been a blessing this last year, its been tough I went through throat cancer and if it wasn't for this man looking after my business I would have been closed for a year of surgery, radiotherapy and recovery God bless him. If you can find a good decent employee then your business life will become easier but it takes time to find these gems so good luck with your search lock&quay, algsoul and kobblers

berty
I haven't franchised my business, but I did hire full-time staff to help me take a step back. It's been a game-changer for me. I was able to take some time off and come back feeling refreshed. lock&quay
