Peaky
This reminds me of when I got given all the keys from a scrap yard that was stopping doing cars. I took them to get the chips out but never did. There was a plastic dustbin full to the top and then a green plastic recycling tub heaped. After around 15 years I recently spent 2 days cutting all the tags, key rings and key fobs off them and separated them into brass or steel piles. I took them back to the same scrap yard who gave me around £7 for the lot. I never did remove a single chip from a single key lol. That said I did get around 30 of the old vw head keys (the steel ones where the bow is the vw badge) which some people seem to collect so I've hung on to them for now.
