Union copyright 1989 key availability?

Customer came into the shop looking to get extra keys cut. Is there any way we can get either them cut or the blanks for them?

Would need to call Union to obtain blanks but will need a letter from end user if they can be released.
If not you could just copy with the EasyEntre
