My hunch is it's a French cle-a-gorge. The origin of the word is not too clear to me, a soutien gorge, for example, is also known as a bra.

I normally let these enquiries go. Last time I finally found a source, the people were horrified at having to send stuff to the UK. That was in Germany, though.

Ta Growster. Think i'm gonna use normal rim, file collar off and get dremmel out to groove  the bit.

Why not use a pin safe blank so you aren't messing about with the collar?

Without the curve on the bit it may not fit and if it does fit it will pass straight though the lock case.

Worth a try anyway, most of these are used from one side of thr lock (shed type of lock) and the backplate has a hole to locate the key and doesn't have a full keyway this is how the key lines up with the lock case.
