TerryH Posted March 20, 2022 Report Share Posted March 20, 2022 Hello, I recently acquired a Gravograph IS6000 and I have having problems with the software Gravostyle 98 The software finds the dongle but it just goes to the "About" screen. I am wondering if it has something to do with the time and date? I have tried changing the time and date to a earlier time and still doesn't work. Does anyone have any ideal why this problem is happening? Gravograph is absolutely no help and just wants to sell me very expensive upgrades. I just want to be able to engrave phenolic labels. beware Posted March 22, 2022 Report Share Posted March 22, 2022 Hmmm. You're correct in your PDF. I believe for GS98 it should be 4.0 to 4.0. Been a while since I saw one. No time and date listed as being on the dongle, so I don't think that's the issue. Unfortunately, given the age of GS98 I don't think there's much that can be done other than upgrade or buy a second hand GS98 dongle.
