Custom Fitted Mobile Trailer Unit

Recommended Posts

I have for sale our Mobile Trailer Shop.  We have operated our business from this unit for 13 years successfully in a Retail Park.  We have now expanded into fixed premises.  In July 2020 it was fully re-fitted.  It was stripped out, re-lined, re-wired, fitted with bespoke built cupboards and worktops, new flooring and UPVC front door.  The cupboards, worktops and drawers were designed specifically to maximise the use of the available space.  It was fitted with a solar panel and wind turbine to assist with back up electricity from leisure batteries.  The unit is fitted with plenty of electrical sockets, under counter and surface mounted as well as an extractor fan.  The surface mounted ones include USB chargers.  It has recent empty Silca boards for Car Keys, Cylinder Keys and Mortice keys as well as a Blank board concealed behind a cupboard door.  Fitted with window blinds and covid screen between workshop and customers area.  It is also fitted with a quality alarm.  The trailer is dry, has been fully serviced and comes with wheels including a spare (currently not fitted), Wheel Clamp and Hitchlock and front steps.  Approximately 13' x 7' dimensions.  Ready for electrical hook up to a portable generator (we can provide advice on a suitable generator).  All machinery has been removed.

This will make a great set up for someone!  Ideal for startup or expansion.  It was very successful for us operating in a retail park with low overheads.  £9,500 ono.

Looks really good, and larger area than my first shop.

Great start up for anyone

Thanks.  Was in two minds whether to keep it and set up a second unit but, decided to keep things simple for now.  Spent a lot of money on it over the last 18 months though with the refurbishment.  Things moved quickly though and we decided to move into larger fixed premises as we needed more parking for car keys.  Shop.jpg
