Yale Platinum problem

The copy simply refuses to work. A new cutter is in place. I am unsure what's wrong here.

Adjust the depth setting by +10 - +15 in the Silca software. Had to do it occasionally on some we have cut.

F cut don’t look great.

I know they don’t have to look the same to work but the cut looks very close to the edge

That is usually down to the blanks not being wide enough.

Have you tried using a genuine Yale blank ?.

The combination of cutting deeper on a genuine blank got the cow off the ice. That's a German farmers' idiom, to denote an iffy situation that has been solved. It has no sexist content.
