Key Cutting Machine Noise !!

Morning All ,

 

My keyline Quattro machine recently started making this noise, any ideas what could it be?

noises like that could be many things it's a process of elimination, start by revealing the belt drive to check it isn't cut and flappy. if the belt looks good take it off and try the motor on it's own in case it's bearing also check the motor isn't loose. If that seems ok put the belt back on then with a long screwdriver "listen" to the housing the cutter is mounted in for noise from there (put screwdriver end on metal housing then put ear to handle and listen)
