cobblers.keys
Can someone please confirm that the KL rz1s or HD ren1r will work this WD caravan key? If not what is the blank needed. Thanks again

kobblers
Auto Key Wizard is bang on. These codes are also the same for THULE and some GIVI top boxes but without the WD prefix. They also suit various other manufacturers roof racks, bars, boxes, etc, such as HALFORDS, EXODUS, HOPKIRK, VOLVO, YAKIMA, AHPRO, ORIS, FORD, JETBAG and many more. Some codes are prefixed with an N and some are prefixed and suffixed with N and then R (EG: N180, N180R) @Count Muppet I've tried cutting to code using the BLA2 blank and it's very hit and miss, for whatever reason - I prefer the LF12/VO1 keys Rick. Count Muppet
The bla2 is slightly shorter. Maybe that’s where the issues are. trouble is it’s the only one we keep in stock on the board for it ourselves. Would much prefer the LF12 but have to go with what’s there sadly
cobblers.keys
Update. The customer showed me another key for her caravan that she had cut on a kl rz1s. So I used one to cut the WD key and it works fine.
grahamparker
It’s the thickness of the shoulders that is the issue not the length. We have thousands of caravans on our doorstep so we see these locks and keys weekly. Some of the plugs require the key to sit inside the plug opening and the other blanks stop this, you can cut the shoulder down when copying or Use the correct blank Terry has mentioned above. HowardK
shoulder width makes a difference, .340 seems to always work, Auto Key Wizard and kobblers
