dakes2
I have a Jakey Lynx Tibbe machine that has been working great up until now, i think the calibration has gone out on the machine as its not cutting like it did before, if you take a look at the pictures you will see that one key has a consistent spine running down the centre of the the key, while the other key cut on my machine does not, any help or advice on this please. grahamparker
Don't put the cut key in any ignition as you will find it won't come out again without a lot of effort unless you have some thin shims. Looks like it is cutting to deep to me. EST
Count Muppet
That’s cutting far too deep. adjust the machine so when it’s set to a 1 cut it only just touches the blade
David C
A 1 cut should not touch the blade at all

dakes2
i was also wondering if the angles of the cuts could be out
Auto Key Wizard
The angles are factory set, no adjustment required
ponsaloti
I'd guess its down to the blank. I cant see how the machine can drift off and cut deeper.
