It's the one administered by the local government unless you mean the self employment grant that's separate and you can claim from late April ish https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/self-employment-income-support-scheme-grant-extension/self-employment-income-support-scheme-grant-extension

We got £3K in December, £2K in Jan, another £2K in Feb and just had a final (I assume) £4K to take us up until 12th April here in Wales under the NDR Grants.

Also got a few £2K discretionary grants since November for another separate Print business I have which is not covered under the NDR Scheme. I did get knocked back for the last round of discretionary grants though as they council changed the criteria to prioritise smaller turnover businesses which is fair. So all in all I can't complain.
