SKS phone line down?

I am trying to contact SKS regarding this double sided safe key. Although I am not 100% sure it is the correct blank yet? When I ring it says number temporarily unavailable?

Yes that is the correct blank.

Is anyone else having trouble with SKS? What would you charge for copying these keys?

We charge them at £25.00 + vat so £30 total. Do get a few moans but not many say no.

Thanks Graham. I have managed to order one now from SKS. I have quoted the customer £15 Inc.

Make sure you cut it correctly, I cut these on the lancer and before starting any double bit key i set it to cut higher than normal.

Then using my calipers as a measure i re adjust the machine and recut altering bit bit biy until the cut heights are within 20 thou of the original.

Round the cuts slightly but no to heavily with a file when close to the correct heights.

I have been doing it this way for many years and have only had 1 Stuv key returned that did not work first time.
