Auto Key Wizard
Is profile 459A key (HD KUB1), but with hole (With transponder)? Or 459A Key without hole (With transponder) Also what colour head, Red or Black?
Dave the locksmith
Doesnt matter what colour as it is cloneable, just need a case to take a chip.

The red key is a programming key, it is not for starting the vehicle. Only black keys should be emulated
Dave the locksmith
Colour does not matter as i am cloning the key so the head colour on the copy key is irrelevant

Azaloid
I have a customer who has been using JMA YAMA 26D.P2 for these machine then cutting them down, he has done about 100 of these no problem. Lock Stock
Didn’t like look YH35R to thin between the flutes. Used MAZ24R looked better suited to me, but did need to cut down the neck width when cutting key but worked fine. Chip wise was a 4D-60 chip if anyone else needs to know. grahamparker

Do you think that would be a case of cutting down and t hen cutting back the shoulders as otherwise the transponder would be a long way back from the antenna coil? No as you are cutting from the shoulder head is still in the same position. grahamparker

The distance between the Head and the shoulder is a lot greater than the JCB key. That is why I thought maybe you would shorten the bit of the key then cut the shoulders back. Azaloid
you are correct, i was looking at my old picture and yes it has been shortened and the shoulders trimmed back for the Kubota key. The TP00YAMA-26D.P2 is slightly shorter between the head and shoulder
