Originally there was some issues with the cutting, I used to manually adjust the settings to get them working. Since then the last update has solved the problem. There is a difference currently on the cuts on the screen, the S10 uses 0-7 and brisant uses 1-8. This will be set right on the next update though. lockdecoders
ponsaloti
Using 0-7 instead of 1-8, I have Just successfully cut to code keys for 8 different euro's I have on the shelf. Tried on a couple of rim cyl's. No good. Tried again with all cuts 0.3mm deeper. BOOM, Success! Seems the rim cyl's are less forgiving Strange init

I use 1mm cutter set on brass and only the vertical cut. I find spiral or all tools is much too big on the base of the cuts.
ponsaloti
Mid speed for Brass. Spiral cut. I went down in 0.1 increments until the key worked. 0.3 in total. I then cut a fresh key at +0.3.
lockdecoders
Mario try a straight cut. NOT spiral.
