carnkev
Does any know what sound level a finisher should run at, with fan on? with bands only etc? you can get an app for your phone to test decibel level and was just wondering if machine is running at normal noise levels. petercoulson
I don't believe there's any set data for the machines. There's a lot can affect noise levels that aren't to do with the machine itself as well.

Auto Key Wizard
True Although there is not much to make excessive noise other than motors or bearings Dust and material particals on contact wheels and rear of bands will create extra noise
x minit uk
I find the noise on my machine quite handy for when the wife is nagging me. Auto Key Wizard, da miller and k4mrc 2
keithm
There are many things that can contribute to Increased noise Levels, some of which have been mentioned above. By far the best way is to have a health check on your machine where an engineer can hear and observe all that’s going on, including any not so obvious things. You will be amazed at what our guys find when these health checks are carried out that you weren’t aware of and can often fix small issues whilst they are there. We can do this at a special rate as a ‘Healthcheck Service’ which will save you over £50 compared to a call out service. Call our office for further info.
