HowardK
you can most likely order the cut key from a dealer in the UK, https://www.google.com/search?client=firefox-b-1-d&q=chicago+H2379+key or copy photo and shrink to fit key blank, carefully cut out photo with an exacto knife, turn over so Black side is facing down and carefully align and tape onto the key blanks flat side with groove facing up, just like looking at the first photo with the black side of photo facing the top grooved side of the key, carefully use a manual duplicator and follow / trace the photo, after tracing both sides, gently round file any sharp edges, test key, you may have to carefully and gently hand adjust ( look for impression marks ) the key, or, cuts always add up to nine grahamparker
