Pnc2300a coordinates issue

Hello forum, if anyone can give me some tips on this I would be very great full.
Last week my 2300A had a crash into a bit of Corian mid cutting and since I cannot print anything, computer says failed to print immediately.
Looking at the coordinates of the home and view, these are now not what the manual says eg home <30500> <20500> , I cannot get an minus figures in the view position.
Is there a way to override or type in the correct figures to reset the positions.
