cobblers.keys
Customer just been in shop wanting spare key cut to bike battery casing. The bike is a cube touring pro. Case says global travel system on it. As you can see the key is an abus double sided and needs to be same length to go in casing. Can not see blank in reference books. Any ideas? Thanks
Growster
It's a brand new Abus key. I think it uses the cuts for T82 keys, and one needs to file the shoulder of the long T82 blank a bit to suit.
EST
https://www.welovekeys.co.uk/product/abus-double-sided-key-t83/ ABUS T83 keys are common in bike locks (especially ABUS Amparo locks); locks for e-bikes e-bike accessories; and padlocks. Key codes are usually written on a card that was originally supplied with the lock, or on the key itself. Key codes begin with T83, followed by 4 digits, e.g. T83 1817. Simply type the code in the box above, and we will make your key for you! T83 keys are made in Germany and can take up to four weeks to be delivered

Party Marmalade
You may be able to use JMA YW-1p. If there's a cowling around the lock the head may obstruct though
cobblers.keys
Spoke to abus uk today and was told t83 blanks are not in the country yet but when they are the cost will be aprox £3.50 and a cut to code key will be £9.50 ish plus p&p this is subject to me opening an account with them so customer ordering themselves might work out best price for them. grahamparker
These blanks are in stock at Abus UK but only available from them if you have a direct account. I have got some of the T82 and T83 on way to me in the next few days.

NYKeys
For future browsers, T82 is JMA YW-1.P. Don't know if it would also work for T83. Tested and working with a T82 key. exp121260
