w_squared
I have a new pair of 11 eye boots with a leather tongue. After a few minutes of wearing them, the tongue on both boots work there way towards the outside of my leg. Other than cutting a guide in the tongue for the laces to pass through, is there any other way to keep the tongue in the correct position? I've tried different lacing techniques to no avail. Even tried attaching a bit of velcro to the tongue and inner boot to keep the tongue in place, but it didn't stick. Any ideas would be appreciated. x minit uk
Sometimes a couple of stitches near the top can cure this, however this may make them difficult to get on.

w_squared
Thank you for the replies. I appreciate it. I thought about that as an option but I was hoping there was another solution that would impede putting on the boots. I guess that is a small price to pay for comfort.
