Customer today, starts saying about how unhappy she was with the strap she bought off me. I didn't ask for the receipt, but I did ask for when it was bought. She couldn't tell, just that it wasn't long ago. I could tell I had definitely sold her the strap, but I certainly couldn't put a time scale on it, although I don't think it was that recently. She did say it cost about £20, I did disagree with that statement, it was a £12-£15 strap tops.

 I fitted a new strap, free, she says.

" Oh, I wasn't expecting that, I wasn't really complaining."

 Well, I think you were, in a really nonspecific way. She also bought other things.

The whole situation is resolved, but just annoying.
