I've been advising the customer to change the cylinder especially if they never wanted a restricted lock in the first place & that's worked well for me ..

This is not a restricted lock but recommended that genuine blanks are used, I always advise customer that when fitting and they do not need to come back to me for keys as there are others in the area who cut them as well. I have to ask if you change the lock for a diamond rated cylinder or do you not tell customer your putting a lower standard lock on?
