Davenport Burgess unwilling to help ?

strange one this..ordered some silca lf56 equiv blanks from davenport, was told they are HD lf64, but when they arrived they were not the right blank (pic) , called them back they said send us the photo, sent it, no reply for 2 days, sent another email then called them to which received an email saying computer says lf64 is same as lf56 silca so thats it..i emailed them again askin g them to look at the photo ..no reply, called them this morning to which someone called kim said again COMPUTER SAYS LF64???  i explained.. she said we will look into it and get back,, i asked how long roughly will that take 2 days 3? to which she said no a lot longer...i explained i need these for a customer but she was adamant there is nothing they can do

   really? there is nothing you can do?
