cobblr
Hi Happy Dude I've done a few with this unit http://footcom.co.nz/product/aqua-grip-fishing-unit/ not ideal. Vibram have another unit that might be better. Found these notes in our system " Fishing Boots Remove old sole - Grind stitches then pull with pincers, only use heat if needed EVA 6 if eva midsole, then clear glue, grind and wipe back of new soles with thinners." Good luck, let me know if you need me to find the vibram unit name from our suppler and I'll give them a call for you. Just found this online, it's similar http://us.vibram.com/outdoor/hunting-fishing/fishing/

Happy Dude
ha ha, so I did... I've just been knocking them back but a mate of mine has a really expensive pair and is asking if I can do anything. Things might have moved on in 10 years... SteelCityShoes
If it’s a mate, try them for nothing. All you need is the correct felt and a decent waterproof glue
