Don't see how its untapped, every tom dick n harry now cuts, sells and programs keys.

When I started programing Fords for Ford main dealers in 1995 /96 I was getting about £220 a car, when I finished roadside automotive work (in 2012 ish)  a local chap was doing it for £50. To many people diluting the small pot.

yup including my local greetings card shop , that offers clone keys , obd keys that their skp900 covers as well as house keys , so you can pop in for a birthday card a fathers day card , a new front door key and a spare car key in just one visit and still have enough to buy a party balloon

sadly in some areas its our own trade suppliers undercutting us in an attempt to dominate retail market as well , even one of our diagnostic suppliers is now undercutting their trade customers on retail jobs on a national basis , the race to the bottom is hotting up.

I am the opposite Rick, we where one of the first to jump in i think i had my first cloner in 1996 and it has been a steep learning curve, i bought the AD100 and it more than earned it's money then others started to get involved so we only clone now approx 10-20 a week but we have had some cracking jobs from cloning. We supply Scania GB on account  and they passed our details to a transport company in Cambridge. One Saturday they rang before and turned up with 40 keys to clone at £45.00 each that was a very good day.
