Sweep mechanism, rather than ticking?

Where do (trade) people buy watch parts and clock mechanisms from? 

It's something I'm interested in working on. 

First job, I have to change a very loud ticking electromechanical clock mechanism to one with a sweep hand (or one that is otherwise quiet) - and in the countryside where I work, you can hear cars from a mile or more away!

Start selling   ear  plugs  ,      easy

Si, not sure the actual profit on some foam ear plugs will be as good as a new mechanism, in actual money terms, even though the mark up may be better.

Some of the time I’ve spent on one watch, I personally think eat plugs are a better bet
