Clock repairs

I don't repair clocks, I did in the past, but it just wasn't worth it. ( I've no doubt someone on the forum is now going to say he makes thousands in clock repairs, but it just didn't work out for me.) Rather annoyingly when I did a google search for clock repairs in my area, it always came back to my website, is this because google are picking up the phrase " I don't repair clocks! " on my website. I am reluctant to drop it from my website.

Could also be that you have a page dedicated to watch repairs and since watches are just small clocks then Google lists you.

I wouldn't worry for every inquiry your answer would be "I'm sorry we only do watches" its still good advertising, next time they want a watch done they will think off you. I personally wouldn't want anything that allows me to speak to a potential customer dropped.
