Mike at Vauxhall
Just had a phone call, saying books I had agreed to sponsor about drug awareness are ready for distribution to the school of my choice. I just had to pay £189 sponsorship I had agreed in Jan 2017. I didn't recall any phone call, and most definitely did not agree to making any kind of payment . then the phone went dead. Just did a Google search, what a surprise a scam. kobblers
thetrophyroom
I used to get loads of these calls, mainly from companies based in Manchester. I added my number to the Telephone Privacy Service and it stopped the majority of unwanted sales/scam calls Mike at Vauxhall

SteelCityShoes
It won’t stop scam calls, but I’d recommend anyone to join http://www.tpsonline.org.uk I’ve gone from several spam calls an hour to a couple a week. The ones I get now are from abroad so I just hand up as soon as I hear it connecting. Saved me so much wasted time
Mike at Vauxhall
Thanks for that. I've just registered. As Count Muppet states. It just felt wrong, did not pay a penny. SteelCityShoes
SteelCityShoes
No problem. If I remember right, it takes about a month for it to take proper effect
