Technically for BSi Kitemark you can only refer to 3 star cylinders as 'anti-snap.' The Kinetica 3* cylinders have a sacrificial cut line on them, as well as an anti-snap bar preventing the cylinder being snapped at the screw hole if it is snapped at the sacrificial cut line also - https://tradelocks.co.uk/kinetica-anti-snap-euro-cylinders.html

However the UAP+ 1 star cylinders do also have a sacrificial cut line, which is what I'm guessing you're referring to - https://tradelocks.co.uk/uap-kitemarked-euro-cylinders.html.
