New Era type key - help needed

Does anyone know of a blank suitable for the key posted?

 

It's similar in most aspects to a normal ERA B230B but the bit is higher, as can be shown in the picture.

 

We've tried gauge keys, Securefast And Era Viscount and they don't do the job.

I think it is a chinese copy Rick, we just use a universal blank of the correct gauge. Seen a few recently.

We've tried the gauge 7s, Graham, but they just keep coming back - no matter how much we check them, once cut.

Have you tried using a 1/2 gauge smaller.

I have cut about 10 of these so far and not had any back yet so i hope they all worked.

Had one of these in today, thought it was a bad era blank until I checked the bit. Told customer to check lock for a BS kite mark, If not got one, change it.
