lock&quay
Not so much of a key but cylinder question, When removing one with the customers key it obviously only goes in & comes out one way , But it only moves about 15mm & will not budge ,It's on a Anglian door & want to check there isn't something else stopping it's complete removal ? cheers . Mick Friend
as said it may have a secondary fixing to prevent snapping or if it's one of the super yales it may have the anti pull thingy on the outside lock&quay
grahamparker
Remove the handles, poor fitting can trap the cylinder and stop it coming out and it will allow you to see if there is anything stopping removal like a cylinder guard. lock&quay

lock&quay
It turned out that the retaining screw only went halfway down the threaded hole & there was also a grub srew in it sticking out the other side that required a allen key to undo , I've never seen this before .
