I have been asked to cut a copy of a similar Wilka amongst a bunch of others for a property agent and I was under the impression this was a Silca WK55 or JMA WIL-5D

The one I have has a concaved head not as in your photo a pitched head  

Mine too has a six digit laser engraved number on it  

Lots of the agents in charge of properties seem to have no idea about restricted keys and "just want another" ! Try telling them to go to the freeholder, some are also the owners and have no idea who requested the restricted keys in the first place.
