Charles Birch

Anyone else have difficulties getting responses from Charles Birch from anything else beyond the routine advising of short/mis-shipments etc?

 

I am trying to help CB with a couple of super easy changes they could make to their website to make it easier to use and they are just ignoring me!

Should I stop wasting my time?!

Thank you - have emailed him and hope for the best.

 

Got a reply from David, seemed genuinely interested in resolving the staff ignoring emails problem AND wanted to hear my thoughts on their website.

 

So, seems a case of: if you have the right person's contact details things can happen but trying to raise an issue any other way and you're going to have a hard time!

one thing might be if they (and other website's) put these email addresses on their site's in the first place

Just as a side note . Got the Jan newsletter, showing the new range of birch aerosols. Like the styling, price and the fact they are British made.

Phoned up birch, "do I have to order by the dozen?"

"Yes".

Well that's fine for protector, but I'm not ordering a dozen shoe stretcher.did not order.

Just checked the website, they are showing up individual purchase at the same price.

Bit annoying.

Some of the quantities don't make sense. Usually they are happy to split things up. But then other times you can be told you have to order heels in packs of 20 only to have two individual packs of 10 turn up. other times order 10 pairs and receive a pack that has been cut in half.
