glass medals

Hi

Does anyone know where I can get some glass medals like this?

 

Trend do 70mm diameter but the customer would prefer 50mm diameter if we can get them. They are 5mm thick.

How many 50mm glass medals do you need and when for ?

 

Is it the price putting your customer off or just the size?

The customer only needs about 10 I believe. She's having to run everything past a couple of other people and they're sorting out artwork for the engraving too which is all taking time.

 

The actual deadline is early September, but we need to get everything sorted before then as she's going away.

 

If you are able to source some 50mm medals that would be great.

I have checked our sample room as i thought we may have had 10 x 50mm glass medals in there.  Unfortunately we dont have any.

 

We can get hold of them but it would take a few months so not in time for your customer.

The customer has accepted the 70mm size in a leatherette box, so that's all underway now.

 

To be honest, with the amount of detail that's going on them 50mm would have been a bit of a squeeze.

Yep, all is sorted. We ordered your 70mm medals and leatherette boxes. I engraved them yesterday and think they look really good.

 

 

Sales did phone earlier, but I don't think we could have met the minimum order quantity as this customer only wanted 8 in the end.

With regards to the minimum order quantity, ask the question with sales, and there is always something we can do.
