Paul_
Hi Paul I can't understand the instructions and it's a first time I've used a computer engraving machine, I'm trying to engrave pet discs The bad news is that machine is very old now and the software is not easy to understand. I can remember it is series of screens ABCDE etc and each screen needs to have the correct info added to do a job. It is impossible for me to not only remember how it works but also to explain how it works. Where are you based?

roger
Damn it, lol I think I'm getting there it's just a case of putting the measurements in then the size of the lettering and it's the sizing of the lettering that's getting me, I didn't get any info with it and the floppy drive don't work
Paul_
I really can't remember exactly how to use it, but I remember if you try and add lettering size too big for the item to be engraved the machine beeps. Try starting really small like 1.5mm then you might be able to get head around how big lettering needs to be. Sorry I can't be more helpful. Jimbo
Hi, say for example you have a 25mm disc and you put the name on one side and tele on the other. I would use 4mm for the name and either 2.5mm or 2.25mm for the tele number. You use F12 to alter the height of the text. Hope this helps.
