CoffeeCobbler
I've noticed two different logos for JR soles. Is there a difference? Their website only lists one of them as their official logo.
Count Muppet
Top one is what I get if I place an order and have none in stock at the warehouse. Bottom one is what I get if we have them in stock and they come with company details on them too.
Lee
I don't like the gold logo ones, I think they look cheaper. you can also buy them without a logo, they are my favorites. Simes and Stormwelt
Count Muppet
I'm guessing that they probably are cheaper
Stormwelt
I agree with Lee. I prefer leather soles without logo. Probably because I can't put them on straight and middle the logo. Lee
Lee
Old piss eye. Naturally I'd never admit that as a reason. Stormwelt
CoffeeCobbler
I'm not sure my customers would believe plain soles were really JR
Stormwelt
It's better to know my limitations and repair accordingly. Lee

AcremanS
have to agree about the gold stamp. it looks tacky, but find the un-stamped a little hit-and-miss. If any, I prefer to buy from Healy's cos you get the brown stamp; they look much better! And although other suppliers will claim otherwise, I find the ones we've had from Healy's are much better (I get alot of "fluffy" ones from elsewhere) Simes
Leathersole
Quality of JR dropped down in the last 5 years...

CoffeeCobbler
At £40 for a JR sole and heel, you'd be losing money!

grahamparker
Agree, how do you calculate you will be losing money ?.
CoffeeCobbler
For some reason I took your post to mean full soles not half. I'm pretty sure we shouldn't be discussing trade prices in here? Just getting back to the original question. Are these soles the same quality?
