Magnum/Yale Superior

Picking these is easier than I thought it would be , coefficient friction has something to do with it.

They usually pick in under 10 seconds, always in under 20.

I cant see that the 3* will have the bypass designed out as the bypass defence doesn't form part of the TS007 3* accreditation.

Do you honestly believe the crap you post or do you believe that we are too stupid to see through your sales pitch?

To pick apart your argument in random order.

The locks are shoddy crap, they can print the Milky Way of stars on the front, that isn't going to change, the Chinese sweatshop that churns them out hasn't invested in machinery and staff to increase tolerances.

They can be cut flat, rotated, by hand with a dremel, I have done all three, including impressioning one for a demo. Don't confuse having an expensive key machine for having skills.

You are now attempting to imply that the new consumer legislation automatically makes traders responsible for consequential loss. You really are out of touch with reality.

Remedies under (SoGA as amended) are:

Refund

Repair

Replacement.

Remedies under the new Consumer Contracts Regulations (2013) are:

Contract cancelled.

Refund of monies paid.

Nowhere in any of the acts or amendments can you claim for consequential losses. You can sue for consequential loss same as you always could.

Stick to spamming the forum with key prices, scaremongering isn't your strong suit.

China produces the 3 star locks, Yale, ABS, Brisant etc etc - apart from a couple of brands like Kaba.

Expensive machines? Not at all, and it doesn't replace skill - we use custom settings on most key cards as we build the locks and really understand the tolerances of the pin heights - I'm sure you understand.....

When you finally pull your head out of your own rear - and if you ever get to have 40,000 customers a year, you will realise quoting the trading laws is just not acceptable to the customer base you are pretending to serve.

Shall we discuss distance selling rules next? 'modified or customised orders do not qualify for refunds if correctly delivered as ordered'

One could argue 'I cut the keys to the code supplied' or one could say - the keys don't work as the code card is wrong - and fix the problem free of charge.

I'll let the public decide who is actually right - and wonder why Yale have decided to choose us to support the next product landing this month?

'Scaremongering' 'low prices' - I prefer market forces and consumer satisfaction ratings for all to see, it's called fact (5,000 genuine customer reviews Vs 12 reviews for locksafe) - and it's their money that they choose to spend, and the consumer will thankfully choose the best supplier based on history, value and quality.

Oh - back to the original poster, we are the only company in the UK to have all 3 sizes of Yale Superior genuine blanks in stock, it must be pure luck..
