Fast Fix Elgin
I tried embroidery a few year ago, It didn't work for me It takes up quite a lot of space (stock and machine/workbench) and its noisy and like the trophy business you could have all the trophies (garments) on the shelf and the customers want something from another catalogue, you will get left with a lot of stock again not unlike the trophy business. If your trophy business is a success then I have no doubt your embroidery business will be a success to Good luck hibsjo(SCO)
Craig Gardner
I do loads of embroidery but you will never make a success of it without multiple machines I run the amaya xts machines but due to size and the need for more machines I had to build a workshop just for embroidery. Complex company logos can take around 15 minutes to embroider and if you only have 1 machine then you could only produce 4 an hour I charge £3 per logo for uniform and club work if I could only do 4 an hour I would have to charge a lot more and would not get the volume work. My workshop embroiders about an average of 300 items a day at this time of year. As school uniform work has just finished last month we were doing double that Craig windycity and simong
