MarkD
You would expect it to last more than 10 months you should refund, repair or replace.
Cromwell
I wouldn't normally refund it but I would certainly repair the card if its a genuine one. Or if your using the Chinese made copies just bin it and do him a new one. Might be a pain but it really should last longer than that. If you sort it you still have a happy customer and potential repeat custom. If you don't then you have no chance of repeat custom from them. Plus an unhappy customer who will undoubtedly tell others of his experience in a very negative lite. Which will likely cost you more in the long run. Count Muppet
Don't repair it, replace it for a new one. If you repair it may not last. If you are charging correctly in the first place, you will still be in profit, but now you also have a reputation for good customer service to go with it. jayke and Kris Polan
rapidlocks
you should honour a 12 month guarantee on an original card , if a copy card this is common , rare on an original card , i personally guarantee all oem keys 12 months as the norm. i know its a pain , but it can pay dividends giving good support , . grahamparker
If it's a genuine card then you should be able to return it to your supplier for either an exchange or refund. So don't mess about and just supply and program a new one. Good customer service as mentioned previously. Kris Polan
