cobblers&keys
I have been given a silver plated cup band to engrave with (2014 and winners name) to follow on the previous 20+ years winners but when I set up the text on my computer engraver and pressed start it engraved totally the wrong size lettering (alot smaller than the rest). How can I rub it out and start agan ?? or what would you do ??. Customer is collecting tomorrow (Monday).

k4mrc
Just as hibs says I suggest leave alone show customer and either give him the engraving for free or offer to put right If you start rubbing out it will be copper coloured underneath and look shite Just be honest and make it good for customer
