There is no one in the UK authorized to represent our company. We are not selling machines there because we haven't yet acquired the C.E. Documents. Anyone claiming to represent us outside the USA must go through me to acquire those rights. I have not awarded anyone that authority in the UK area besides Australia and New Zealand.

 

Any claims made by anyone to the contrary are false.

 

I have heard there is one individual claiming to be working for us and this is a lie.

You are best to put any post like this in writing to those concerned not to place it here, by doing so you are doing nothing more than antagonizing the people you did not mention! IMO.

Sorry Lee. I had some people contact me about a representative in the UK and they said there was a lot of talk so I thought the best way was to make a statement here that we have no one at this time.

My reply wasn't directed specifically at you, but if the cap fits. I just get cheesed off with this political in fighting between companies & individuals with threats of legal action ect. what you all have to bear in mind is I'm a small one man band business. I am also accountable for what ever goes to court from this site. if any off you feel so strongly I suggest you just do it to save me the constant worry of it happening. then at least I can have MY day in court & be done with it.

 

This is not a political site, we are not affiliated to any company or individual. We are here for help & support to the industrys we represent, nothing more.

RESPONSE TO RECENT POSTINGS

I am somewhat surprised at some of the postings made recently, clearly aimed at me, which has been the childish collaberation between 2 known people in the UK and USA. Those 2 people are on a US based forum discussing their plan to libel me and then pretending to be surprised after they submitted it on other forums.

 

It is sad to see that these people have resorted to character assasination rather than admitting the truth based upon facts, and this says an awful lot about their individual characters. If they would like to come out from behind their keyboards and slander me publically I would be happy to see them both in court.

 

It is evident to anyone that I was involved in the Extreme machine project and was commended for the improvements to the machine I had made. I exhibited the machine last year at the Locksmith Exhibition as everyone is aware, and the owner of the Extreme, was going to support my show attendance but pulled out at the last minute for personal reasons.

 

I did not carry the project forward due to a lack of features the machine requires for the EEC market, and also because I had been approached to work with a well known EEC based manufacturer to develop another key cutting machine which will do everything in 1 unit, and will utilise the indepth knowledge I have of both the Extreme and the Miracle machines. The new machine is targeted to be fully developed, tested and CE approved before the MLA exhibition in 2015 - maybe the 2 people concerned have got wind of the work I have been doing and decided the only way to stop what will be a fantastic machine launch is to try and discredit me. It will not work, and my backers are far bigger than both Miracle and Extreme combined.

 

I will not make any further comments on this issue, only to repeat that if the 2 people who have colluded to libel me would like to make their comments public, then I will happily issue litigation against them in both the UK and the USA.

 

Blah blah... ? You seem to have nothing to worry about, as you have nothing to sell.... the Silca Pro Key machine is bespoke, so maybe you can supply this baby for less than £75k ?
