autolock
If as you say the bond to the sole is broken I was always told with most of the harder vibram units the ones like roccia with high carbo content to use a sharp band when scouring the sole to reduce heat and rough sole properly ,then wipe sole with thinners then I use rehagol yellow primer leave dry then I use ortec depending on what the material I'm sticking it to but that's if I'm sticking it to a Eva or leather middle, years ago before all these primers came out the company shoe are who are now lsr who specialize in walking boots they used to scour the soles wipe with thinners then thin out the adhesive with a thinner give the boot and sole a thin coat let dry then use adhesive as normal. That was 25 years ago though .the ones I still have a bit of a problem with are the cupsoles .

When elfman appears he won't be long ,I saw a cracking job on some boots he had done with new rands and middles and units. He has very good method for sticking if you look back on some older posts you will probably find some info
