sorry joe I cant help you this time I had to stop using English pewter as their quality has really dropped over the years and has become unsellable for us.

im surprised you don't use them.

I had issues with their stock levels before but never the quality.

had an odd raggy edge on a tankard but nothing other than that.

what issues did you have with what products?

maybe im not stocking the stuff you had problems with

i stocked about 90% of their catalogue the final straw for me was my last delivery mostly unsellable the new crappy yellow box that all stock comes in is only suitable for the bin. the quaichs and tankards on the whole are ok but the odd scratch or dent also hip flasks used to be fine but the ones they stamp logos and celtic borders on before folding and welding are very rarely straight these days.

i ordered all the new stag range and trinket box range poor finish on all most trinket boxes the lids didn't even close on them

a big shame as the range is great the designs are great but box and quality control is now poor. i am still waiting on the call i was promised from the sales director in my opinion it all went down hill when they moved to the larger premises although they tell me its the same staff and no newbies finishing products .
