Shoe repair shops in Berkshire

Any one on here who has opened a shop withing the Berkshire area or near by as i would like to pick there brains into opening a new shop for the first time. any help would be greatly appreciated ive found a property £10,000 a year and in an ideal location would like to listen to what other people have to say and any ideas or suggestions. I have the plan in my head got a supplier got few possibilities on key machines and key boards but still need advice
