Screw threaded pu Can we get them ?, or is 2 flexi tubes and a 120 pin the way to go These have been about a while but not very common. I've tried to get these before but never managed to find them. I think you are right flex tube it is!
grahamparker
yes, we have seen them. Drilled thread slightly to take a 120 pin and a little drop of superglue.

These came out years ago and there were a couple of threads on here about 'em If you don't want to use flexi tubes then you can fill the hole with a strong wood peg and redrill the hole slightly smaller to take the new top piece. I normally dunk the peg in superglue first to stop the wood splitting whilst drilling. Rick.

Count Muppet
Heels are definitely available, I've had them in stock for ages in both black and natural. Mainly seen on red or dead shoes.
completelocks
super glue? What when they bring them back next time and you can't get the now old one out?
kobblers
super glue? What when they bring them back next time and you can't get the now old one out? No, you let the superglue dry on the peg before inserting into the tube. The old pins still pull out even if they've been superglued in anyway so it really makes no difference. Rick.
