Funny you should say that Derek, i couldn't program a 2002 astra last week using the 2 last chips i had in stock, i even

tried my 06 Combo chip and they would all program but not Start the vehicle.I even tried erasing all keys and starting again

and they still would not work.

Ordered new chips and job was done it 5 mins so not sure what the problem was as 1 was a white (co)T9 type and the

others gold T12's.

I have since used those chips on another vehicle and they worked ok first time.

I have had this problem on Corsa's before. I produce my chips using the Zedbull and you get a choice of key number 1 to 6. I usually choose number 6 but occasionally that is already used so try number 5. Works every time for me. :D
