grahamparker
I wouldn't bother contacting silca about this they seem to send out responses to problems by flying pig.
DC77
I emailed Italy yesterday asking why no updates and is there a version 5.10 or 6.00 coming. Will let you know when and if the flying pig turns up. DC
sleutel
Nothing flying in or turned up, but found surfing around on the Silca site: http://www.silca.biz/en/Catalogues/1868 ... ogues.html No 6 is coming!
DC77
Well done Sleutel. I never did get a reply from Italy. I really find it annoying when big companies can not provide service. If we the small companies and self employed do not look after our customers we would not have any. We are all service companies but the bigger the company the less service they want to give. Rant over. Having now tried the web based version: I like it. Where I find it most useful (as per EKC 5.0) is that you do not have to remember on what hook you put that obscure key that you ordered two years ago. Email says:- “Thank you for your request for our Electronic Catalogue, can we suggest you contact your usual supplier to obtain the latest version.†Watch this space.
