Problem at updating through Silca Remote Service

Good afternoon.

 

Such question.

Already there is more than year for some reason program Silca Remote Service under Windows Vista does not work. Gives out an error at version check.

Under WindowsXP all works.

Probably to correct it?

Itself Silca corrects nothing, the regional dealer writes also to any reaction.

I'd suspect an issue with your Vista machine that's interfering with the internet access. For example, it may be a virus or rootkit, or there's errors with it's DNS settings. I'd suggest contacting your local Silca dealer for assistance, because they know how the software works, and can work out where the interference is coming in.
