Had a look today at the average score on votes for companies websites.

 

Out od 20 votes we had a average of 2.45 out of 5!!

 

As we get on many occasions companies telling us the website is the easiest and most informative website in the key market. This has puzzled our company web and software enginear.

 

I would like to ask the question that with a low voting what is wrong with our website so we can improve?

 

Or is it that people on here have only voted on the site which is the retail side and not got a login to see our wholesale selling tool.

dan their aint anything wrong with it the only thing missing is out of hours pin code service come on u can do something cant u as they say dans the man.i can get most out of hours but not all.

Wish this was viable Craig but it isn't. The ones you proberly get out of hours we possibly can too but it isn't many. To pay someone over the daytime rate it is not cost effective especially when it is pritty much a none profit service just a extra service above our competitors just for companies that buy regualarly.

 

We try and give a ordering line 24 hours with web, fax, email and text message service.
