Question regarding RW4 plus with Snoop Problem

Hi Guys

 

This is my first post here, however, I am enjoying the discussion on this forum for more than a year.

I am from Toronto, Canada.

 

I purchased RW4 plus (with snoop) recently and having problem with programming keys for Chrysler and Dodge makes (late models of these require to read the codes from the car's computer with the help of Snoop). The snoop does not read the codes. When I inquired from ILCO (manufacturer and supplier in USA and Canada), I got the answer from the Tech Manager that there is a problem with the Chrysler make because it have only one code while the snoop is destined to be used for makes which have two codes to be read by snoop. The tech manager told me that Silica (original software developer for this machine) have knowledge of the problem and they are trying to find the solution.

 

My question is, Does some one have this RW4 plus machine and if so, do you face the same problem as I do.

I remember my days in Kent, UK during 1992-95 when Ford was number one seller in UK, so my guess is you guys do have Chrysler (American) cars on the road there.
