Gray
Be interested to know your thoughts on this? Just had a regular very good customer in and she has gone through every insole in the shop, tried them in her shoes walked about with them and ended up with a pair of cork ones. Quite frankly it p**ses me off. She wouldn't do that in Asda or Tesco's. Do you refuse to let them try them on hygene grounds and if so do you offend them? Gray
Thats a point worth considering Jo but if they want them in their shoes NOW! do you spend time trimming them to size and do you charge for that service.
kobblers
You should keep a sweaty old pair of each type at hand for customers like that and inform them that other people have used them previously to 'try out', see how they feel. Seriously, we wouldn't allow it because of hygiene reasons. I'm not gonna get sued because someone thinks they've contracted Athlete's foot or a verucca from contaminated insoles Rick.
